How do I know the product is not expired?

We have a strict inventory management system. We do not ship any product with less than 3 months of shelf life unless explicitly stated in a 'Clearance' offer. You can find the expiry date printed on every package.

What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?

We apologize for this! Please send a photo of the damaged item to our WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement immediately.

How do I get my money back?
  • Cash Orders: Refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
  • Card Orders: Refunded to your bank card (5–14 business days).
  • Installment Orders (ValU/Aman): The transaction is cancelled/reversed on your installment app. Note: We cannot give you cash for an installment order.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Meeza cards.

Can I pay with Vodafone Cash?

Yes. Select 'E-Wallet' at checkout or choose Cash on Delivery and ask the courier if he accepts transfers (though cash is preferred for COD).

How long does delivery take?
  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days (often faster with our private fleet).
  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days via Bosta.
  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–6 business days via Bosta.
