Description

BAD ASS® MASS. Food supplement. With sweetener. New generation gainer. Mass gainer powder for preparing a nutritional protein and carbohydrate drink enriched with creatine and L-glutamine. Designed for adults performing high intensity excercise. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended use: Mix 2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and 1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied, well-balanced diet. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
