Dymatize ISO100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate delivers 25g of ultra-pure protein per serving through a hydrolyzed formula that absorbs in 15-30 minutes — twice as fast as standard whey. Each scoop contains 5.5g BCAAs including 2.6g leucine, with less than 120 calories, 1g sugar, and virtually zero lactose. The 1.43 lb (650g) size provides approximately 20 servings, making it ideal for Egyptian athletes who want maximum protein with minimal carbs and fat.

What Makes Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Absorb Faster?

Research published in peer-reviewed studies confirms that hydrolyzed whey protein isolate is pre-broken into smaller peptides, allowing amino acids to reach muscles 15-30 minutes faster than intact whey protein. Dymatize uses cross-flow microfiltration followed by enzymatic hydrolysis to create peptides that bypass much of the digestive process. This makes ISO100 ideal for post-workout recovery, especially for athletes training twice per day or competing on consecutive days. The hydrolyzed formula is also easier to digest, with fewer reports of bloating or discomfort compared to standard whey protein isolate.

ISO100 vs Regular Whey Isolate: The Difference

Standard whey isolate contains 90%+ protein and minimal lactose, but it still requires full digestion. Hydrolyzed whey isolate like ISO100 takes that purity one step further by breaking protein bonds before you consume it. Think of it as ‘pre-digested’ protein. For lactose-intolerant trainees or those who experience stomach upset from regular whey, ISO100 is often the better choice. However, if you prefer sustained amino acid release (like before bed), standard whey protein or casein may be more appropriate.

Who Should Use Dymatize ISO100?

Athletes cutting weight or following low-carb diets: Only 2g total carbs and 1g fat per serving
Lactose-intolerant individuals: Virtually zero lactose thanks to advanced filtration
Post-workout recovery seekers: Rapid 15-30 minute absorption delivers BCAAs when muscles need them most
Serious bodybuilders: 2.6g leucine per scoop triggers muscle protein synthesis efficiently
Competitive athletes: Informed-Choice tested for banned substances, safe for drug-tested sports

Mixing and Usage Instructions

Mix one 30g scoop with 150-180mL (5-6 oz) of cold water, milk, or your preferred beverage. ISO100 mixes instantly without clumps, even with just a spoon. For best results, consume within 30 minutes after workouts when muscles are primed for nutrient uptake. On rest days, use it as a high-protein snack between meals. The 1.43 lb tub provides 20 servings, lasting roughly 3 weeks for most athletes training 5-6 days per week. Need a larger size? Check our Dymatize ISO100 2.3kg option for better value per serving.

Available Flavors in Egypt

This product comes in 8 flavors: Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, Gourmet Chocolate, Fudge Brownie, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, Vanilla, and Cocoa Peanut Butter. Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles are official licensed collaborations with Post Consumer Brands, delivering childhood cereal nostalgia with zero guilt. Gourmet Chocolate remains the best-seller in Egypt, praised for rich cocoa flavor without artificial aftertaste. All flavors use a blend of sucralose and stevia for sweetness, keeping sugar content under 1g per serving.

How ISO100 Compares to Other Isolates in Egypt

Compared to Novogen Whey Isolate or Nutriversum Iso Pro PureDymatize ISO100 stands out because it’s hydrolyzed, not just isolated. While other brands offer 90%+ protein purity, they don’t pre-digest the protein for faster absorption. That makes ISO100 premium-priced but worth it for athletes prioritizing speed of recovery. If you want a budget-friendly alternative with similar macros but standard (non-hydrolyzed) isolate, consider Challenger Nutrition Whey Isolate at nearly half the price per serving.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is hydrolyzed whey protein and why is it better for recovery?

Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate has been enzymatically broken down into smaller peptides before you consume it. This ‘pre-digestion’ allows amino acids to reach your bloodstream in 15-30 minutes versus 60-90 minutes for standard whey. It’s ideal for post-workout recovery, especially if you train twice per day or have lactose intolerance.

How much ISO100 should I take per day?

Most athletes use 1-2 scoops daily: one immediately after training and optionally another between meals. Each 30g scoop provides 25g protein. Total daily protein needs vary (typically 1.6-2.2g per kg bodyweight for muscle building), so adjust based on your diet and training intensity.

Does MF Supplements sell authentic Dymatize in Egypt?

Yes. We source all Dymatize ISO100 directly from official distributors and store it in temperature-controlled warehouses in Cairo. Every tub has a verifiable batch code. We offer same-day delivery in Cairo & Giza, 14-day money-back guarantee on unopened items, and free replacement on defective products within 30 days.

Is Dymatize ISO100 safe for lactose-intolerant athletes?

Yes. ISO100 contains virtually zero lactose thanks to advanced cross-flow microfiltration and hydrolysis. Most lactose-intolerant users report no digestive issues. If you experience bloating with regular whey protein concentrate, ISO100 is an excellent alternative.

Which ISO100 flavor is most popular in Egypt?

Gourmet Chocolate is the best-seller, praised for rich cocoa taste without artificial aftertaste. Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles (official Post cereal collaborations) are also extremely popular among younger athletes. All flavors use sucralose + stevia and contain less than 1g sugar per serving.
