💡 How to Use

Take 1 portion a day about 30 minutes before training. Dosage is based on body weight:
- Below 75 kg: 1 portion of 6 g (½ scoop) in 100 ml of water.
- 75-90 kg: 1 portion of 12 g (1 scoop) in 200 ml of water.
- Over 90 kg: 1 portion of 18 g (1½ scoops) in 300 ml of water.
Consume directly after preparation.

How do I know the product is not expired?

We have a strict inventory management system. We do not ship any product with less than 3 months of shelf life unless explicitly stated in a 'Clearance' offer. You can find the expiry date printed on every package.

What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?
