This formula is highly concentrated. Due to its potency, you may want to consider using 1 serving 2-4 times per day.

1. Mix: Combine ~2 scoops (100g) of powder with 200-400 ml of water or skimmed milk.
2. On Training Days: Use 1 serving 45-75 minutes before your workout, 1 serving immediately after, and 2 servings between meals.
3. On Non-Training Days: Use 2 servings between meals.
