How do I know the product is not expired?
We have a strict inventory management system. We do not ship any product with less than 3 months of shelf life unless explicitly stated in a 'Clearance' offer. You can find the expiry date printed on every package.
What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?
We apologize for this! Please send a photo of the damaged item to our WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement immediately.
How do I get my money back?
- Cash Orders: Refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
- Card Orders: Refunded to your bank card (5–14 business days).
- Installment Orders (ValU/Aman): The transaction is cancelled/reversed on your installment app. Note: We cannot give you cash for an installment order.
